Found it, I think. I forgot that we did stories on all our area state champions back then:http://www.yankton.net/sports/article_9b0bcc8e-9630-5eba-acbf-3477007130f0.html

It happens. I don't always remember what I did last week, much less 11 years ago.

Kyle, here's the story from Day 2 of state track that year:http://www.yankton.net/sports/article_f382a850-a395-5563-b54e-d8511738be6b.htmlNot a big mention of you, but you're mentioned.

I'll just sit back and watch this NBA talk. I've watched maybe 5 minutes of a TWolves game here at work.

I agree Wolters belongs, but how can you bench a double-double machine in Henson at times. Yes, he has been hurt, but when he comes back his minutes are weird. Plus Middleton saw his minutes slashed...

I would agree with Justin. It has been crazy the way minutes fluctuate. That said, how can you bench a rookie who is starting to play very well. His assist/turnover ratio is unheard of for a rookie and...

I'd probably be the one to ask on that, Kyle, since I'm willing to bet that I wrote it. Let me take a look.

We could sure go up and dig through the archives from that spring. Shouldn't be hard to find.
View Article3:47 Comment From Justin
I would be very cautious in getting excited about this hot streak from Wolters because of the coaching. Once someone gets hot from Milwaukee, they get benched or minutes are cut cause it magically goes...

Also, before I forget, are you sure you can't find that article in the archives, Jeremy? It was the P&D from the 2003 state track meet. I swear the title was something like the double-headed...

Sorry for the audio quality on that video, by the way, the room we were in was rather loud even by that point. Will definitely help when we have a mic.

If it helps regarding the YouTube vid, I can see it fine and I'm on an iPad.

As I said, not surprised. He played well in big games in college, no reason to expect that to change just because he changed from blue to green.

He's starting to play a ton of minutes. They're not empty minutes, either. He is filling up the stat sheet. Starting to play with a lot more confidence. He was timid early on, now he is starting to Nate.

Smart young man, hard worker, beautiful shot. I'm not surprised that he's done well when given the opportunity. That said, I've seen maybe 5 minutes of the NBA this season.

You know, to be honest, I haven't followed him much beyond what I see on Twitter, but wow, what a stat line last night.
